Magic place near the coast

by Angela
(Sydney)

Here is a photo we took while travelling along the Great Ocean Road, about 4 years ago. It is a magic place, very, very close to the coast.

When you think Ocean Road you think coastline, cliffs, stones, collapsed arches, roaring waves and beaches.

We saw that all, but then the road cut a bit inland. Out of the blue, we saw the mild slopes of the hills and a green pasture in front of us. We stopped at a small cafe that had a couple of benches for the tired travellers to breathe the fresh air and absorb the beauty of the landscape, before ordering a well deserved lunch.

Seeing that image was totally unexpected - we probably were less than a kilometer away from the coast, but it felt like being part of the Heidi in the Alps story.

I am not sure where exactly the place was, probably somewhere near the famous 12 Apostles. If you recognize it let me know please.
