Great Ocean Walk Inn-to-inn independent?

Hi,

Thanks for your great website. I nearly decided not to do the great ocean walk due to lack of decent information for independent walkers. My partner & I did the TMB (tour de mont blanc) & enjoyed it thoroughly. We were excited by the GOW & would love to do it, but preferably inn to inn. Using your stages (or a variation of), would it be possible to do this? That way we could carry a lot less.
